Rencraft

About Rencraft

We do bathrooms. Not kitchens. Not basements. Not additions.

Most design-build firms list bathrooms as one of six services. We list it as one of one. That focus is what lets us promise a fixed price, a three-week timeline, and a lifetime warranty — and actually deliver.

Why we started

The bathroom remodel shouldn't be a horror story.

Atlanta homeowners hear the same stories: 4 weeks became 4 months. The $25K quote finished at $42K. The contractor who answered on day 1 stopped answering on day 20.

We started Rencraft because the category teaches homeowners to brace for the worst.

Narrow scope (bathrooms only). In-house crews (no waiting on subs). Pricing locked after the consultation (no surprise change orders). Remodels go wrong when contractors split attention across too many trades. We don't.

Where this discipline came from

Hotel and multifamily build standards, applied to your home.

Before Rencraft, the team built bathrooms for hotels, apartment complexes, and mid-rise residential towers. Projects where a two-week delay costs real money in lost room nights, and one leaky shower pan floods three units below.

That work is unforgiving on what residential remodels are usually loose about — schedule discipline, waterproofing redundancy, finish quality that holds up to ten times the daily use.

We started Rencraft to bring that operating standard to residential — at residential prices. Schluter Kerdi waterproofing, humidity-sensing fans, large-format porcelain that resists mold in Atlanta humidity. Institutional baseline, not luxury upgrades.

Our approach

Four operating principles. Everything else follows from these.

Fixed-price quotes

The number you sign is the number you pay.

Three-week typical timeline

18–28 working days. 4–6 weeks with structural changes.

In-house drywall, tile, paint, trim

Same crew, day 1 to day 21. No subs.

Lifetime workmanship warranty

Caulk, grout, fixtures — we come back, no charge.

The people on site

The same crew, every project.

We don't pull from a labor pool. The people you meet at the in-home consultation are the people doing the work in your bathroom.
