Privacy Policy

We only collect information you give us. Specifically, when you submit the estimate-request form on /contact, we receive:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your ZIP code
• Project details you provide (project type, budget range, timeline, free-text notes)

We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. The Site uses analytics cookies only to measure page views and form-submission rates so we can improve the Site over time. No personal information is sold to advertisers.

• To respond to your estimate request — usually within one business day
• To schedule and conduct an in-home consultation if it's a fit
• To follow up on a quote or active project
• To send transactional emails related to your inquiry (e.g., the auto-reply confirming we received your form)

We do not add you to a marketing email list or newsletter without your explicit opt-in. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third-party marketers.

We use a small number of vendors to operate the Site. Each receives only the information necessary to perform its function:

• Vercel— hosts the website and runs the lead-form endpoint. Form submissions appear in Vercel's server logs.
• Resend — sends our internal lead-notification emails and the auto-reply confirmation that goes back to you.
• Microsoft 365 — hosts our business email at @rencraftconstruction.com.
• Google Analytics — measures aggregate traffic and form conversion. We use IP-anonymization where supported.

Each vendor has its own privacy policy and processes data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. We do not authorize any of them to use your information for their own marketing.

Lead-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months in our email and Vercel logs, after which they are deleted in routine cleanup. Active-project information is retained for up to 7 years to satisfy tax and warranty obligations.

You can, at any time:

• Email leads@rencraftconstruction.com to ask what information we have on you
• Email us to request deletion of your contact information from our systems
• Decline analytics cookies via your browser's privacy controls

We respond to deletion and access requests within 30 days. There is no fee.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored only with the service providers listed above. We use unique, scoped API keys for each provider and rotate credentials when staff changes.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We work to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we change this policy, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes (for example, adding a new analytics provider) will be noted explicitly in the relevant section. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
