Everything on this Site — pricing tiers, timelines, service descriptions, project photos, and process details — is for general informational purposes only. None of it constitutes a binding offer, a guarantee of price, or a warranty of fitness for a particular project.

Actual project work is governed by a separate written proposal that we deliver to you after the in-home consultation. The proposal, once signed by both parties, is the binding agreement for that project. The Site does not create any contract between you and Rencraft Construction.

The starting prices, tiers, and ranges shown on the Site reflect typical projects in metro Atlanta as of the date of publication. Your actual quote depends on:

• The specific scope (size, layout, structural changes, plumbing relocates)
• Material and finish selections
• Site conditions discovered during the in-home consultation
• Permit costs and inspection requirements in your jurisdiction

We do not guarantee that any specific project will fall at the starting price shown. The fixed price you receive in your written proposal is the price that governs your project.

Original photographs, design renderings, brand marks, and written content on the Site are the property of Rencraft Construction or our licensors. You may share links to pages on the Site freely. You may not copy or republish photos or written content in a way that suggests endorsement by Rencraft without our written permission.

Where we use AI-generated visuals as placeholder content, those images are clearly labeled as “Concept rendering” and should not be interpreted as photographs of completed Rencraft projects.

When you submit our estimate-request form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old. By submitting the form, you give us permission to contact you by phone, email, or text at the contact information you provide, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

You can opt out of further contact at any time by replying to any email from us or by emailing leads@rencraftconstruction.com. See the Privacy Policy for what we do with the information you submit.

The Site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for losses arising from your reliance on information on the Site (we are responsible, of course, for the actual remodeling work covered by a signed proposal — that's a different document, a different relationship, and has its own warranty).

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rencraft Construction is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits the warranty obligations in any signed project proposal between you and us.

The Site may link to third-party websites (suppliers, industry organizations, review platforms). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices. Visit them at your own discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
